Delivery Policy

Goods can only be dispatched once full payment has been received and processed.



Subject to payment being cleared as above, orders will be dispatched by courier or recorded delivery by 12 noon on the day of clearance. Orders received and cleared at weekends will be dispatched by 12 noon on Monday. If we are unable to process your order for any reason, we will advise you.



Carriage is calculated automatically online. We must have a full address to allow delivery. We cannot deliver to a Post Office Box. When ordering online, you will be sent order confirmation via email (please double check your email address when ordering). You will receive an order ID on placing your order. Please write this down, as it is required for future reference, and will allow us to answer quickly, any questions you may have relating to your order.





Standard Delivery - Normally next day



Special Delivery - Before 1pm

Special Delivery - Saturday



Check your delivery on receipt for any damage that may have occurred it transit. If any items have been damaged notify us immediately so we can endeavor to rectify the problem.



All orders are subject to stock availability.
