Use on own or mix with Perlite to aid Aeration. This lightweight media is great for propagating and is used in pot culture where it is added to Coir or Soil Mixes to aid nutrient retention. A standard product for many Hydroponic growers.

These are made from processed granules of volcanic rock. Perlite has excellent capillary action and does not compact which makes a good aeration. Mainly  used in pot culture or with drippers. Vermiculite is often mixed with perlite or coconut fiber for seedling and clone development.
